Environmental Features


Hypoallergenic & Humidity Controlled for Comfort

We have a whole house UV purifier and electrostatic filtration system for a near dust free home. Along with a whole house humidifier keeping your lips from cracking and your eyes and nose from drying out.

Kitchen Faucet Instructions


Our kitchen faucet has a hands free “touch on / off” feature. Once you have moved the handle to the “on” position, simply touch the faucet anywhere to start and stop the water flow.


BBQ Instructions


The grill on the left side runs very hot so don't set that side higher than the markers on it (350° degrees when set at 3 o'clock). On the right griddle side the temperatures don't get as hot (400° degrees when set at 7 o'clock).


Spa Privacy Screen Instructions


* PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT USE THE PRIVACY SCREEN IF IT IS WINDY! 


* PLEASE RETRACT THE SCREEN IMMEDIATELY IF IT GETS WINDY 

WHILE YOU ARE IN THE SPA! 


ANYTHING OVER A LIGHT BREEZE COULD DAMAGE IT BY TEARING IT OR PULLING IT FROM ITS MOUNTS. IF YOU DAMAGE THE SCREEN THERE WILL BE A $250 REPAIR FEE CHARGED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.

To open the screen:

First, remove the protective cover from the base plate near the front of the spa. 

Second, gently pull the handle straight across the deck just pass the base plate and slide the bottom of the screen into it. (Make sure it is in completely)


To close the screen:

Grab the handle and carefully and pull the screen out of the base plate.

While holding the handle slowly let it retract into its housing against the back wall.


PLEASE RETRACT THE SCREEN IMMEDIATELY AFTER EXITING THE SPA! 


Fireplace Instructions


To turn on the fireplaces you’ll find a light switch near each one labeled “Fireplace”. 



Master Bathroom
Towel Warmer Instructions


To have nice warm towels simply press the center button, place one or two towels inside. It will start warming them automatically for 20 minutes. ENJOY!
